Once the order is cancelled we will initiate the refund within the next 24 hours.

What are the available refund options?

We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.
If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, please allow 12 to 18 working days for the credit to appear in your account, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over this.
What happens if the ordered product is not available?

Delivery / Shipping is based on the Invoice value. You will be able to confirm for order value greater than Rs. 1,000/- only. For Invoice value more than Rs. 1,250 and less than Rs. 5,000, the delivery charges is 8% of the order value. For Invoice value greater than Rs. 5,001, the delivery charges is 7% of the order value.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in Ruyan Store. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
